We're leaving Dubai this morning for London. We did some pretty fun things in Dubai. We went to the Wild Wadi water park right next to Burj Al Arab. This is dad and I on one of the rides (my favourite). I even went on the scary ride that looked like the funnel web at Jamberoo. Dad was proud of me for being brave.
Yesterday afternoon we went on the 'At The Top' tour of Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world. We haven't got the photos off the camera yet but it was amazing. The name is a bit silly because you only go about 2/3 of the way up, but it is still really incredible. You are looking down on top of all these other skyscrapers and then you look up and the Burj Khalifa still goes up and up for hundreds more metres! We went out onto a viewing deck which was outside, so awesome!
Dubai is really hot. We walked through a shopping mall called Dubai Mall which was so huge, just like the airport which is the biggest I've ever seen with the biggest escalators ever. There was a spectacular water jets and light show every half hour and we saw two of them while we ate our dinner.
Our flight is boarding so we have to go, London here we come!
